Who killed the sale?

One-day coursewho killed the sale

The excellent training film 'Who killed the sale?' is featured in our training course Sales Awareness for non sales people, this course is designed to give all those staff who interact with customers an appreciation of how they can help and not hinder the sales process.

'Who killed the sale?' is set in a modern company and illustrates how the attitudes, communication and actions of all employees can make a positive or negative impact on prospects and customers.

The film uses a series of interactions between different parts of the selling and buying company to illustrate the point including; dispatch, parts, reception, sales and credit control.

In our course Sales Awareness for non sales people we use the film as a catalyst for discussion as many staff members believe that what they do has no effect on attracting, growing or retaining customers.

In the end it's obvious 'Who killed the sale?' Everyone!
