for non sales people, this course is designed to give
all those staff who interact with customers an appreciation
of how they can help and not hinder the sales process.
'Who sold you this, then?' starring Hugh
Laurie illustrates how one person can inadvertently destroy
the trust of the customer in the organisation.
The film uses a series of interactions a
service engineer played by Hugh Laurie and a series of
customers in different situations, for example, a faulty
photocopier, washing machine, industrial oven and IT
system.

discussion of how positive customer interaction can
strengthen customer loyalty and lead to future sales.
